Cancellation Policy

1. General Provisions 1.1 This cancellation policy applies to all purchases made through the "Laline" website (hereinafter: "the website"). 1.2 The policy is written for convenience and applies equally to all genders.

Right to Cancel 2.1 Customers have the right to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it without any cancellation fees, provided the order has not yet been shipped. 2.2 After 24 hours, or if the order has already been shipped, customers have the right to cancel a purchase within 15 days of receiving the item or receiving the transaction confirmation, whichever is later. 2.3 Cancellation that is not due to a defect or non-conformity of the product may incur a cancellation fee of 5% of the product price or $30, whichever is lower. 2.4 If cancellation is due to a defect in the product or a mismatch with the details provided on the website, no cancellation fees will apply.

5. Exemptions 5.1 The following items are non-cancellable and non-refundable:

5.2 Products that have been used, damaged, or not returned in their original packaging will not qualify for cancellation or refund.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period 6.1 Customers within the European Union have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days for any reason, without justification, provided that:

  • The item is in the same condition as received

  • The item is unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

  • The customer provides proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

7. Miscellaneous 7.1 The website reserves the right to modify or update this cancellation policy at any time. Orders & Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. Delays may occur during holidays and sale periods.
We process orders Monday to Friday.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing.


After processing (3-5 business days), estimated delivery times are:

  • USA: 12-20 business days.
  • Other countries: 15-30 business days (depending on location).

Note: Shipping times may vary due to customs delays or local postal service issues.

Prices on our website do not include taxes or customs duties. Additional charges may apply based on your country’s regulations, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchanges

Yes! We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receiving your order.

The first return per order is free (up to 5 free returns per month).

  • The item must be new, in its original packaging, including the certificate and box.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
  • Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
