Orders & Shipping
All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse in China. Delays may occur during holidays and sale periods.
We process orders Monday to Friday.
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days from the order date and shipped the next business day after processing.
After processing (3-5 business days), estimated delivery times are:
- USA: 12-20 business days.
- Other countries: 15-30 business days (depending on location).
Note: Shipping times may vary due to customs delays or local postal service issues.
Prices on our website do not include taxes or customs duties. Additional charges may apply based on your country’s regulations, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes! We offer a 15-day return policy from the date of receiving your order.
The first return per order is free (up to 5 free returns per month).
- The item must be new, in its original packaging, including the certificate and box.
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.
- Sale items can only be returned for store credit.
Please email us at customerservice.laline@gmail.com before sending the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
To exchange an item, return it first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase without a cancellation fee, provided they have not been shipped.
- After 24 hours or if the order has already shipped, cancellations within 15 days of receipt may incur a cancellation fee of 5% or $30 (whichever is lower).

Your request must include full name, contact details, and order number.
No, the following items cannot be canceled:
- Personalized or engraved products.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards.

Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the approval of the cancellation and return of the item, to the original payment method.
