2. Damaged or Defective Items

3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

5. European Union: 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.
Return Conditions for EU Customers:
- The item must be unworn, unused, and include all original packaging and tags.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval status.
Refund Process:

We process and ship all orders from our warehouse in China. Please note that during holidays and sale seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Processing Schedule:

- Typically, it takes 3-5 business days to process your order, with shipping following the next business day.
- We do not ship orders on weekends.
Shipping and Delivery Times

- 12-20 business days for delivery within the US.
